Collection: Rainforest Figurines

Let's save the rainforest AND celebrate native art! To save the tropical rainforest, the indigenous inhabitants must find ways to make a sustainable living. To meet this goal, we have teamed up with Francisco Cabezón and his family to sell carvings made from seeds of the tagua palm (Phyelephas sp.). Tagua seeds are harvested sustainably from old growth and recovering rainforest, with no negative environmental impact, and help support a Wounaan community (one of Panama's indigenous people) earn a living and restore rainforest throughout Panama's Darien Province.
